Your practice’s brand, or identity, is the foundation from which all your communication is created. Whether it’s in-practice collateral, business cards, practice advertising, or your website, all of your communications should reflect the impeccable treatment and customer service you and your team provide the relevant demographic you serve. If your branding “foundation” is professional and consistent, you send a message to your patients and prospects that you are professional, trustworthy, and established. But if your branding seems haphazard, the opposite is true.
